You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to share it.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by The Little Byte LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The game Sequence is a trademark of Jax Ltd. and this Service is an unofficial fan-made implementation for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LITTLE BYTE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
